The Nuclear Measurement Business Unit's activity is to supply critical radiation detection and measurement systems and facility monitoring systems.
Missions:
Under the responsibility of the Director of Germanium Detectors, you will support Research & Development in the following areas:
  • Czochralski crystal modeling and application to CANBERRA growth process
  • Data acquisition and analysis
  • Applying modeling results to improve availability of large diameter N-type and P-type Ge crystals
  • You will contribute to the activities related to the CANBERRA Germanium Detector product line.
  • You have a PhD or Engineering PhD (or be close to the end of his/her PhD) or equivalent in Material Science, with practical engineering / material science background
  • Willing to start and build his/her career as a professional in an industrial environment
  • You have a creative streak and are curious about science. You are a team player.
  • Experience in the semiconductor physics is a plus
