Your tasks: manage complex projects with production on various sites (Switzerland, China, India, Russia) •ensure the transfer of production and know-how •coordinate the evaluation of the operational data necessary to implement permanent improvements in the process (e.g. costs, planning, sourcing) •participate in the quotation process for new or repeat orders involving several production locations •establish and follow quality standards in accordance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IRIS and ensure their application

The requirements: electrical or mechanical engineer • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial field •good command of French and English; German an asset •good organisational and communication skills • ability to work autonomously • personal initiative and entrepreneurial spirit • precision and rigorousness • methodical approach • mobility
