Job Description
ABB Turbo Systems AG is the global leader in the supply of turbochargers for medium and large diesel engines with outputs above 500 kW. Headquartered in Baden, Aargau, Switzerland, it is a company with around 1,100 employees. In close cooperation with our global network of over 110 Service Stations and two Joint Ventures, we address the needs of the global markets for marine propulsion, marine and stationary power generation, rail traction and mining vehicles.
The Market Communication Department is integrated into the worldwide sales, marketing and service organization. To lead a team of 3 employees based in Switzerland, we seek you, a motivated, team-oriented and emotionally creative manager.

Your Tasks: You work with passion and conviction in the planning and targeted execution of market communication in support of the sales and service strategy, in accordance with corporate goals and an agreed budget • You assume responsibility for the content and quality of all communications media • You undertake the organization and execution of events and customer functions • You are responsible for providing specialist guidance to around 30 employees in our worldwide market communications network.

Your qualifications: A communications specialist with relevant experience • Leadership experience • A confident style in German as well as a firm grasp of business English • A creative, quality conscious person • Proven organizational talents and project management skills • Flexible with strong motivation and commitment, even in challenging situations • Self reliant working style and strong communications skills • You enjoy contact with a range of cultures and are prepared to travel.
