Job Description
Responsible for maintaining, updating records, documents, and other administrative functions as required in support of Salem/Hope Creek's Outages. Prepare/perform administrative functions, draft routine correspondence, compile data, organize, schedule meetings, answer telephones, and provide information as required. Perform routine clerical duties: filing, copying, satellite file updates, word processing, time administration duties. Develop and maintain reports and indicators to measure department effectiveness. Perform multiple tasks and assignments, with minimal guidance, to provide support on a variety of functions related to HC Maintenance. Participate in outages and/or Emergency Plan as required. REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have expereince in the area of compiling work package as they pertain to the outage work scope. 1-2 years Administrative Support Experience desired. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Applications and knowledge of SAP. Must meet Nuclear’s requirements for unescorted Plant Access.
