LBU Manager Turbocharger
Location in Varna
Mission Statement / Short Description
Representing the BU and managing the operation of the Local Business Unit (LBU) in Bulgaria, Romania and Moldavia. The Local BU Management is responsible for the Profit and Loss and accountable to deliver results (as per targets).
( Head of a local business unit. Responsible for the entire line management of the Turbocharging Business in the LBU and its allocated territories. Having primary Profit and Loss, Overall OHS responsibility.)

Requirements
• Responsible for allocated territories and the segments marine, power plant and railway (resp. low- , medium- and high speed turbochargers)
• Responsible to develop all the allocated markets for these segments
• Review of location, infrastructure and processes
• Drive operational excellence throughout the LBU
• Engineer degree: preferably Marine- or Mechanical- engineer
• Fluent in English
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driving license,
• Ready to travel in the country and abroad
• Excellent communication ability,
• Able to act independently

SAFETY AND SECURITY
• Ensure implementation of Operational, Health and Safety (OHS) according to ABB guidelines
