Job Description

The purpose of this position is to manage all execution in the Process Automation Division in Qatar and to be involved in execution of demand orders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THIS POSSITION INCLUDES.

�� Responsible for
�� HSEQ for the operation including projects and service business
�� Project execution
�� Execution of service orders
�� Business development
�� Unit���s P& L account.
�� Operations management on ABB���s DCS & Safety system installed base in Qatar.
�� Evolution growth
�� Financial targets for local Process Automation division, with emphasis on Revenues, EBIT and OCF.
�� Key customer development
�� Line management of Project Management, Lead Engineers, Technical Account Management, Service and
Project engineers, including performance management, manpower planning and staff development;
�� Support Sales team with tendering.
�� Co-coordinating local support for projects executed by the Regional Execution Centre or various Centers of

Excellence;

For the purpose of this job description, ���service��� includes delivery of training, break-down and call-out services, upgrade projects, spare part sales, consulting, installation and commissioning services, as well as telephonic support.

Strong cooperation with Account Managers, EPC Manager, Sales Manager, regional office and COE OGP.

Knowledge , Skill and Experience

�� Operations / Project Manager with leadership / team management skills
�� 10-15 years of experience in Control & Instrumentation field.
�� Preferably have more than two years of management experience;
�� Have a high level of technical proficiency in the areas of Distributed Control Systems and Safety Systems
used in the Oil and Gas Industry.
�� Experience with ABB Control Systems
�� Be able to work under pressure and to use initiative;
�� Be able to work independently;
�� Be fluent in English;

Will have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively deal with colleagues,superiors and customers at all levels
