ANALYST*ENERGY SALES RISK Job In Denver Colorado

This requisition will be filled at the Energy Sales Risk Analyst or Sr. Energy Sales Risk Analyst level.

Summary
Integral member of a team of analysts that perform variance analyses and quantify energy sales risk for all systems. Responsible for producing weekly, monthly and annual short term sales risk reports. Works closely with Energy Forecasting and other groups. Performs independently and/or with team in preparation of financial analysis and reporting.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform short term energy sales risk analysis for all systems and generate reports. Maintain existing short term load forecasting models and assist in improvements. Assist in new model development. Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 3 years related work experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated customer relationship skills

• Modeling and Risk Analysis experience
