Summary of Responsibilities

Under the authority of the Engineering Manager and Marketing, the incumbent, leads all activities relating to marketing and sales of distribution transformers within the Québec Plant.

Specific Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing analysis, market penetration strategies and identification of new customers, market growth, current price policies, market potential and competitor analysis.
Manage bid and order of the Distribution Transformers Division
Develop bids including sales price, costs, terms and conditions and negotiation with customers.
Study technical specifications, manage the cost and price model and manufacturing support.
Develop and participate in the implementation of strategies to meet sales objectives.
Establish relations and liaise with the factory and sales teams, along with the various associations and stakeholders of the industry.

Specific Qualifications

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
Bilingualism (written, spoken – French and English)
4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with experience with transformers
Member of the OIQ
Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power Point) – intermediate level.
Knowledge of SAP, Access and Lotus Notes.
Communication abilities, team spirit and dynamic leadership.
Knowledge of distribution transformers
