Responsibilities
Enter purchase orders for MRO and confirmations in SAP system
Purchasing components per SAP reports
Run daily reports, expedite late orders with suppliers and update system accordingly
Communicate to suppliers on a weekly basis our open orders report
Rationalization of supplier base
General system maintenance
RFQ for new projects and supplier selection
Follow-up on supplier NCR's
Resolve invoice issues with suppliers (Basware)
Reconciliation of purchase card payments (Concur)

Qualifications
2-4 years experience in purchasing
Knowledge of SAP an asset
Experience in purchasing of electrical components an asset
DEC completed
Bilingual, spoken and written
Dynamic, self motivated, autonomous, work well in groups or individually
Good knowledge of production
Computer Skills : Windows, Word, Excel, SAP, Lotus Notes
