Job Description
Requirements: • PhD degree in one of the following areas: - polymer science (focus on epoxy chemistry and processing) - surface chemistry - functional materials - material science of dielectrics • ability to solve problems systematically • good networking and communication skills • proactive, motivated and open-minded team player with intercultural competence and a clear customer focus Main tasks: • initiate, establish, and execute strategic research projects • assume responsibility for project planning and execution according to budget and schedule • document and present results for management and customer reviews • cooperate with a highly competitive team, incl. external scientific institutes • prepare project proposals, patent applications, and management and customer reviews
