Job Description
Requirements:
��� PhD degree in one of the following areas:
- polymer science (focus on epoxy chemistry and processing)
- surface chemistry
- functional materials
- material science of dielectrics
��� ability to solve problems systematically
��� good networking and communication skills
��� proactive, motivated and open-minded team player with intercultural competence and a clear customer focus

Main tasks:
��� initiate, establish, and execute strategic research projects
��� assume responsibility for project planning and execution according to budget and schedule
��� document and present results for management and customer reviews
��� cooperate with a highly competitive team, incl. external scientific institutes
��� prepare project proposals, patent applications, and management and customer reviews
