This team player will be responsible for assistance in the management of the operations of PSEG Solar Source including budgeting, business development, P&L management, financial assessment, and all aspects of project/asset development, construction, operations and management. Works with key personnel including PSEG Solar Source employees and as relates to the achievement of the Business objectives, members of other corporate teams. Develops and maintains effective strategic relationships with all key stakeholders. Promotes an environment that promotes diversity, integrity, team work, and excellence that enables PSEG to be the leader in developing, owning, operating and maintaining safe, reliable and profitable utility scale solar assets in the U.S. Maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls. Required: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years experience in energy project development (preferably in power generation) energy marketing. Experience in renewable energy development project development, acquisition or construction. Experience in contract negotiation, financial and economic analysis capability related to project development or acquisition is required. Demonstrable knowledge of renewable energy economics and market drivers. Demonstrable domestic market knowledge related to power generation projects. Demonstrable ability to work productively with limited management oversight. Must have a valid drivers license Desired: Exposure to US renewable legislation. Masters Engineering, MBA or Master’s degree or PE. Infrastructure project development management experience. Demonstrable capability to develop clear and concise presentations covering an investment case at the strategic level. Completed operationally and economically viable projects in at least 2 renewable energy fields. | |
