Support our semiconductor division (CHSEM) as process technician (m/f) and contribute your expertise to development and technology projects for the BiMOS production and to reliability testing projects.

Your tasks: supervise and document development charges of the BiMOS production line’s critical process steps • develop and review specific process sequences (e.g. for paper and split routers) • provide substrate samples to the development center • initiate continuous improvements • document important results and findings • support production with the maintenance and optimization of existing products • conduct electrical tests • contribute to reliability tests and to the error analysis of IGBTs and diodes

The requirements: technical degree or similar qualification • at least three years semiconductor processing experience in production or production related development • basic understanding of semiconductor parts and technology • team player with a high level of communication and social skills • strong German and English, spoken and written
