Specific responsibilities

Technical and proposal writing skills.
Strong organizational skills
Process orientated.
Strong command of English language
Strong people skills.
Work with estimators, construction managers, and business management to develop professional, organized, and clearly written proposals.


Qualifications

Technical Writer with demonstrated skills in proposal writing – 3-5 years of experience
Ideal candidate has worked for a direct or indirect competitor.
Excellent computer skills.
Must be task orientated with good analytical skills.
Good listening skills.
Good written communication skills.
Process orientated position.
