Job Description

For our division "Discrete Automation & Motion" we are looking for a motivated sales support (m/f) for our drives department in Linz.

Your tasks:
  • Customer support in the field of electrical drives, mainly office work
  • Analysis and clarification of inquiries with the customer and sales manager
  • Preparation of offers and calculations
  • Offer tracking
  • Preparation of all necessary documents for the commercial administrator
  • Close co-operation with the sales manager

The requirements:
  • Finished technical education in electrical engineering (HTL)
  • Basic Know-How in drive systems
  • Experience in sales support, ideally in the drives system sector
  • Fluency in German, good knowledge in English
  • Good knowledge MS Office; SAP a plus
  • High customer orientation
  • Proactive team player
  • Ability to think and act cost-conscious
  • Willingness to travel temporarily and to participate in trainings abroad
  • Driving licence B
