We are looking for a Project Leader (m/f) for our traction transformer product range. We offer an exciting and motivating work environment with excellent development opportunities and all the benefits of working in a large company.

Your tasks: manage complex projects on international sites (Switzerland, China, India, Russia) • ensure the transfer of production know-how • lead and motivate a cross-functional team • coordinate the evaluation of the operational data necessary to implement permanent process improvements (e.g. costs, planning, sourcing) • participate in the quotation process for new or repeat orders for various production locations • establish and monitor quality standards in accordance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IRIS, and ensure their application

The requirements: electrical or mechanical engineering degree • at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial field •good command of French and English; German an asset •good organizational and communication skills • ability to work autonomously • personal initiative and entrepreneurial spirit • precision and rigorousness • methodical approach • willingness to travel
