Business Unit Overview Business Services provides Exelon and its subsidiaries with financial, human resource, legal, information technology, supply management and corporate governance services. Job Description PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Perform activities relating to maintaining multiple IT systems, vendor products and internal/external processes under the guidance of a Lead Analyst or Manager. May assist in the coordination of tasks for subordinates. Independence level: Works under general supervision.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform operations and maintenance work on IT systems for Security, simulator and multiple video systems. Coordinate work at a power plant between IT and affected departments, schedule and plan tasks and activities. Perform troubleshooting on electrical\mechanical systems that interface with the IT systems, and coordinate that work with maintenance departments. Individual selected for position must be skilled in electrical\mechanical troubleshooting skills, as well as very skilled with server, networking, software, and A\V abilities.

Maintain engagement with business and IT partners.

Assist less experienced personnel.

Work under a strict environment with security protocols and processes.

Utilize best practices to improve products and services. Apply and verify compliance to standards as defined within the Management Model.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor¿s degree and typically 3 to 5 years related experience in maintaining production IT systems or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Appropriate technical skills Networking, Server, Audio\Visual, software maintenance, as well as excellent Electronics skills, including print reading, and electrical\mechanical troubleshooting.

Knowledge of business practices and processes in a power plant environment

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
