Job Description

As Assessment Manager, you will support ABB Switzerland’s Talent Management (TM) with fostering a TM culture where managers claim responsibility and a decisive role for the systematic development of their direct subordinates.

Your tasks: plan and conduct ABB Switzerland’s internal assessment centers • improve existing and implement new psychological diagnostics methods matching global framework • provide expert advice and support to assessment managers in the Central Europe region • continuously develop contents of the career development model • develop and integrate new global competency models within the global competency framework • ensure processes in the framework of the career development models in cooperation with our HR business partners • represent country interests and contribute to global ABB projects • contribute to and lead talent management projects

The requirements: psychology degree • extensive knowledge of and experience with conducting and leading assessment centers • profound test psychology knowledge • extensive experience with competency models • project management experience • ideally, recruitment, consulting or change management experience • proficiency with IT applications • fluency in German and English • high level of performance and learning motivation, proactive and independent way of working • ability to quickly comprehend and process complex issues • strong planning and organization skills • high quality standards and pronounced customer orientation
