Job Description
- Responsible for the overall performance of the engineering department in providing design and material specification for manufacturing electrical switchgear.
- Establish and implement standard design procedure and document flow and control.
- Establish and implement of standard electrical drawings, including components to be used.
- Assign new orders received to respective engineers.
- Check and verify that the drawing is designed according to the scope of offer and customer’s specification.
- Check and verify that the drawing is designed according to relevant international standard and safety requirement.
- Provide technical support, relevant training for the engineers
- Deciding on software tools to be used for producing design documents, both electrical and mechanical.
- Establish proper and efficient interface with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the projects
