The Regional Sales Manager – LV PCP will be part of the APAN Power Electronics team. The candidate is the GPL interface to the local sales organisations and is responsible to develop the business for products under its responsibility. He/she should care that defined budget goals are achieved in the assigned territory. Being an expert for the products under his/her responsibilitiy in the region, the candidate is to perform the roles / tasks are as follow: - Account management aimed at serving existing ABB customers as well as identifying new customers for the Products in the Market Area. - Develop and enhance relationships with key customers. - Analyze and track the market and competitors for the Products in the Market Area. - Lead all sales and marketing activities in the Market Area. - Support and train ABB sales channels and representatives in the Market Area. - Securing OR transfer level target set in the RSM’s bonus plan for the entire Market Area. - Securing individual OR transfer level budgets defined during the yearly APAN budgeting rounds for each Local Sales Unit in the Market Area. - Interface and close cooperation with Local Sales managers in the Market Area. - Implement commercial agreements, sales strategies, and winning project pursuit strategies for pursued business opportunities. - Perform site assessments to gather information required to prepare proposals. - Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts/orders for the Products. - Participate in strategic planning process to establish short-term and long-term business objectives. - Implement the key strategic actions for in the market area. - Contribute to the overall market and product strategy and provide input for new product developments. - Update country related Marketing Action Plan and implement the planned actions. - Keep track of the project pipeline. Geographical territory Responsibility area covers North Asia and South East Asia Product responsibility The responsibility includes all LV Power Converter (PCS100) Product Line. | |
