Contract Manager (m/f) For English And American Law Job In EUROPE-Germany-Bremen-Bremerhaven

· Drafting of sales contract under civil and common laws

· Active participation with Sales teams in contracts negotiation under civil law and common law

· Support for Sales & Project Management in terms of risk management

· Support for Project Management during the completion of the negotiated contracts

· Support of Project Management and other departments for claims issue and follow-up

· Reporting to the Head of Legal AREVA Wind

· Responsible for local implementation of AREVA-Group-politics

· University (Master) degree in common law with civil law experience

· Several years of specialist work experience, preferably in wind power, international companies or law firms

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, French is a plus

· Computer literacy in MS-Office

· Self-employed, structured and thorough way of working

· Mandatory appearance

· Team Spirit
