Duties may involve access to confidential information. Must exercise independent judgement and be capable of analyzing complex requests. Primary responsibilities include the following:
Post secondary education in communications or office administration with minimum 2-4 years of experience; Excellent verbal and written communications; Excellent customer relations focus; Good analytical ability and problem resolution skills Fluency in French, both written and spoken required; Keyboard skills of at least 50 WPM; Strong skills in Word, Power Point and Excel, experience in desktop publishing and graphing; Ability to attend company and customer functions outside of regular working hours; | |
