New Jersey location: Forked River Job Description Exelon is currently looking for a Sr Emergency Preparendness Training Specialist at our Kennett Square, PA offices.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provides fleet wide leadership and management of EP functions, programs and processes in their functional area. Performs advanced program development, maintenance, and planning in support of the Emergency Preparedness Program. Is responsible for technical-decision making and problem solving related to emergency preparedness and response. Possess excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Provides leadership and in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement emergency preparedness activities and programs.
-Support EP Administration and Maintenance activities through coordination of EP activities, coordination and support of EP self-assessments/audits/inspections, maintenance of the E-Plan/station annexes/EP procedures/equipment, off-site interfaces, EP training and other associated activities.
-Provides leadership and technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve emergency response program issues.
-Support the drill and exercise program through support of scheduling, scenario development, evaluation, report generation and disposition of findings.

ERO Training Specialist
1. Coordinate and schedule ERO qual/requalification training.
2. Develop and maintain the ERO Lesson Plans, Examinations, and Qualification Cards.
3. Oversee the maintenance of ERO training records, maintain the Corporate ERO Duty Roster, and coordinate and conduct Emergency Medical Assistance Program training.
4. Support offsite activities through by providing oversight of the training of offsite response personnel, maintaining relationships with offsite agencies, and ensuring integration of plans between Exelon and offsite agencies.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum:
-Bachelors degree and 6 years industry experience
or
-Applicable Professional certification (i.e., Licensed Operator, CHP,) and 6 years industry experience
or
-Associates Degree with 8 years overall
Preferred:
