Business Unit Overview Business Services provides Exelon and its subsidiaries with financial, human resource, legal, information technology, supply management and corporate governance services. Job Description PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Manager is an internal consultant responsible for driving HR's Continuous Process Improvement process designed to streamline HR work and improve business performance. In collaboration with the HR Service Center (HRSC), HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the operating companies (OpCos), the CPI Manager uses qualitative and quantitative data/information to develop, execute process improvement opportunities aligned with HR's strategic priorities, including the transition of transactional work to my HR portal and/or the HR Service Centre. The CPI Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining metrics and ongoing reporting for the HRSC/portal to ensure service level arrangements are met and for governance and oversight of HR's Management Model and Corrective Action programs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use benchmarking, best practices and qualitative and quantitative data to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives on behalf of HR. Analyze data to identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, re-align transactional work from OpCos and COEs to the web portal and/or HRSC. Work with HR and client groups to develop and implement appropriate work and change management plans in support of improvement initiatives.
- Develop, analyze and monitor appropriate metrics to assess overall HRSC /portal performance. Create and maintain HRSC internal reporting. Develop metric analysis reports/presentations for HRSC Manager, HR and Opco Leaders to communicate performance of HRSC and myHR portal.
- Manage myHR portal content and user access updates including prioritizing update requests, writing/editing and working with vendor to post content in appropriate portal location(s).
- Provide governance and oversight to the HR Management Model including development of a document framework and index of all HR documents/content owners, ongoing monitoring of document updates and alignment with portal content.
- Provide new/continuous training to HR Ops and HRSC staff on processes/programs supported by the HRSC.
- Manage the relationship with and contract administration for our portal vendor.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organization Effectiveness, Business or related field
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated experience in influencing and driving change
- Demonstrated abilities in presentation, facilitation, negotiation and conflict management
- Proven skills in performance/process improvements including benchmarking, data analysis / assessment and process mapping
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, faced paced environment
- Ability to embrace company/HR strategic direction and align all initiatives in support of these goals
- Expertise with MS Office Suite: PowerPoint and Excel
- Expertise with or ability to quickly be proficient with Access and Visio

- Masters Degree
- Call Center experience
- Experience leading project teams

- Coordinates with HR strategic business partners in HR and OpCos
