For our growing up Information Systems Delivery Center (ISDC) in Krakow we are currently looking for: Java Developer Location: Krakow Main responsibilities Working as Oracle/Java developer at ABB ISDC you will get a unique opportunity to become a member of international team delivering software services for entire ABB Group worldwide. The desired candidate should already be familiar with Oracle PL/SQL and JEE and be willing to develop their skills in both areas. Key responsibilities at this position cover: - gathering requirements and defining use cases for new software - design and development of JEE/MS SQL Server based applications - support and maintenance of existing applications - tight cooperation with other project teams within ABB ISDC - communication with other ABB business units abroad, as needed Requirements - Education at Information Technology. - Fluent English. - JAVA/JEE (JPA, EJB3, Web Services,), JSF knowledge. - JBoss AS knowledge is plus. - t-SQL knowledge.MS SQL Server is a plus. - Hibernate is a plus - Java Script and jQuery is a plus - apache ANT, apache IVY and Facelets are a plus - Basic knowledge of UML, design patterns are a plus - Being familiar with concepts of TDD/BDD is a plus. - Knowledge of at least one: JUnit, TestNG, unitils We are looking for a person who is - a teamplayer - action and result oriented - customer oriented - flexible and willing to learn - very good at communication To apply for the position, please send your application via our website and attach Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter in English.
