New Jersey location: Forked River Job Description Exelon is currently looking for a Procurement Engineer III at our Nuclear Corporate Headquarters in Warrenville, IL.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Execute Procurement Engineering activities to support Plant Operations to including determining technical procurement requirements utilizing the plant design basis to maintain configuration control.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
1) Analysis equipment and establish commercial grade dedication.
2) Perform technical evaluations
3) Implement Procurement Engineering processes, programs and standards.
4) Perform material classification
5) Perform alternate replacement evaluations
6) Reconcile equipment documentation to the ASME Code
7) Perform reverse engineering analysis and evaluation
8) Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned

Minimum:
Bachelor¿s Degree in business, engineering, science or related field with a minimum of five (5) years experience
or
High school diploma or equivalent, with eight (8) years of experience
Experience in Work Control, Planning and Maintenance functions at a Nuclear Power Plant.
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong communication (verbal, written) skills.
Engineering experience
Demonstrated change management experience
PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport, PIMS and Hyperion)

POSITION SCOPE
-Determination of technical procurement requirements using the plant design basis to maintain configuration control.
-Implementation of Procurement Engineering processes, programs and standards.
