Recruitment Manager Job In Warszawa

• Supervising a Recruitment Center (team of two Recruiters),
• Assuring that recruitment activities are consistent with corporate policies and standards,
• Conducting chosen selection projects,
• Managing relations with external vendors (media agencies, recruiting agencies, online job platforms),
• Planning and executing wide variety of employer branding activities dedicated to strengthen ABB’s position as an employer of choice.

Skills and experience required:

• At least 5 years in recruitment area and 2-3 years in team-coordinator role,
• University degree,
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written,
• Native speaker of Polish,
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel,
• Advanced knowledge of IT recruitment management tool - will be an advantage,
• Willingness to travel all over the country.
