Job Description

NAES Corporation, a leading provider of 3rd party O&M services to the Independent Power Industry, is currently recruiting for a Plant Administrator for the Keenan II Wind Station located about 10 miles outsidse of Woodward, OK.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Plant Administrator shall have responsibility for the day-to-day administration of operation and maintenance services required of the Keenan II Wind turbines and site.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Reports to Plant Manager on all administrative duties
  • Coordinates with asset manager on all financial-related aspects of the plant O&M
  • Provides support and coordination of vendors
  • Assists with the preparation and submittal of periodic reports to the Owner
  • Assists with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and other administrative information as required under the O&M agreement
  • Assists with personnel issues related to recruiting, hiring, payroll services, and benefit services
  • Oversees current revisions for all procedures, work procedures, documentation and files for electronic and hardcopies
  • Oversees the CMMS for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory maintenance, and assignment of inventory to work tasks and work orders
  • Oversees the indexing, revisions, reporting and completeness of files, procedures, work instructions, reports and provides direction for filing standards to others
  • Further responsibilities as detailed in the OMA.

    WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

    • Reports directly to the Plant Manager
    • Interfaces with Owner's representative
    • Interfaces with local officials
    • Coordinates activities with vendors
    • Works along with the Siemens service and maintenance technicians and supervisors

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

    Position requires extended working hours and varied shifts with the possibility of weekend and holiday work, as required by schedules, work load and plant conditions. "On call" status will periodically be required.

    All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post employment random drug screening. 

    There are extensive smoking restrictions in and around the facility. 

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of equivalent experience in administration and accounting services; Associates degree in an accounting field is desirable
  • Computer literacy is required, including spreadsheet and word processing programs
