POSITION DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interface to external and internal customers
  • Responsible for after sales service, warranty and retrofit activities
  • Sales and proposal management and support of customer negotiations
  • Service Management Products
  • Definition and management of procedures and templates for sales and field proposals
  • Delegate of the department / major commercial management
  • Control of service operations and policies
  • Inventory optimization to minimize capital costs and debt management to reduce capital and avoidance of bad debt
  • Preparation and audit of service contracts and cost estimates
  • Controlling costs of nonconformance, analysis and derivation of measures
  • Risk analysis and risk management and reporting service for compliance with budget and economy, forecast

The following requirements are desired and will be used to differentiate all candidates who apply for this position.
  • Successfully completed business administration or legal studies and several years of professional experience in the service business, contract negotiations with management experience
  • Fluent in German and English spoken and written
  • Knowledge of MS Office standard applications, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio
  • Management methods, business data processing procedures, controlling tools
  • Contract Law, Asset Management
  • Presentation and facilitation techniques and safe use of modern media
  • Productivity tools, analytical skills, results orientation, strategic thinking, initiative
  • Communication skills, assertiveness and team skills
