Business Unit Overview Business Services provides Exelon and its subsidiaries with financial, human resource, legal, information technology, supply management and corporate governance services. Job Description PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs activities related to analyzing IT and/or Business requirements, designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining solutions, products and processes under the guidance of a Lead Analyst or Manager. May assist in the coordination of tasks for subordinates.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs, documents and assists in planning work activities. For Projects: relating to analyzing requirements, designing, building, and testing to maintain and implement products and processes. For operations/application maintenance: Enhances, maintains or supports existing products and processes.

Maintains business engagement and IT customer relationships.

Assists less experienced personnel.

Applies and verifies compliance to standards.

Proactively builds business/IT knowledge to provide solutions.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Proficiency in developing applications using JAVA, ASP.NET and PL/SQL.
Experience in working with Oracle and SQL Server and MS Access databases.
Experience in writing Hyperion reports and Sharepoint development.
Some mainframe experience a plus.
Appropriate technical skills and related experience
Demonstrates product knowledge and technical skills obtained through assigned functions and training
Maintains and builds upon established customer relationships
Strong oral and written communication skills
