Electrical Engineer (m/f) Large Electrical Drives

To reinforce our team at the earliest possible date, we are looking for competent support by an Electrical Engineer (m/f) for large electrical drives.

Your tasks: assume engineering of large electrical drives for minerals and mining applications • perform dimensioning of large electrical drive systems • coordinate technical aspects during project execution, incl. documentation • evaluate technical solutions • execute commissioning of AC electrical drives • ensure maintenance and troubleshooting for drives • test equipment • coordinate technical details with customers and suppliers • support sales and project management • hold trainings for customers

Your requirements: electrical engineering degree (Technical School plus several years’ professional experience/MSc./ETH) or equivalent education • good knowledge of and experience with electrical drives (engineering, commissioning, and troubleshooting) • experience with medium voltage converters desirable • good English as well as Spanish or German skills • PC literacy • willingness to travel and to work abroad for commissioning • eagerness to learn and to work in a team environment • structured approach and ability to coordinate teams • experience with technical project management advantageous • high self-motivation and independent work style
