In our production line "BiMOS Modules" we assemble semiconductor chips into products usable for high power applications using processes like soldering, wirebonding and epoxy casting. To lead this product line with a continuous 7/24 production we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (m/f) “BiMOS Modules” . Strengthen our team in Lenzburg and assume a challenging and self-directed responsibility in a strongly growing business.

Your tasks: technical and personnel leadership as well as continuous staff development in the fields of production, equipment maintenance and logistics • organize shifts to optimize operational efficiency • assume responsibility for the adherence to all security and process regulations • assume budgeting, continuous cost control, and prepare forecasts • fulfill deadline and volume targets of production • decrease throughput times, reduce non-conformities and unplanned machine breakdowns • organize preventive machine maintenance • organize stocks • secure a sustainable supply and logistics chain in cooperation with other departments (supply management and chip production) • cooperate with sales to define delivery times and volume targets • put the relevant quality systems (ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, IRIS) into practical operation

The requirements: higher degree (minimum level: Technical School) in process engineering, production engineering, or a similar field • several years of experience in the organization of complex, multilevel process chains • extensive leadership experience in manufacturing • know-how in the organization of shift work • proficiency with ERP systems, ideally, in SAP • good command of German and English • team player with assertiveness
