As a Work Management Analyst, you will provide leadership in the development and maintenance of all substation electrical equipment data contained within the Work Management System. Establish, implement, and monitor decision-making processes to ensure accurate technical, financial and performance information is reflected in electronic data files in all applications utilized by the customer. Manages the Work Management systems utilized by the customer to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant internal controls and mandated regulations. Responsible for maintenance of the work management processes, and all programmatic process elements. Tracks the completion of work and updates the maintenance scheduling data files. Accountable for meeting Business Unit Plan Goals and Objectives. Plans, manages, coordinates and delivers business analytical solutions. Serves as a leader in diagnosing and developing solutions for data stratification, information and process-related business challenges. Works with business unit personnel to understand and resolve information and process challenges in a collaborative manner. Provides expertise in the integration of data related to end-to-end business processes. Proactively creates hypotheses and defines necessary data extractions and documentation to validate hypotheses. Serves as the key contact for the customer in any Work Management issues and performs all necessary project management including overall quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document and monitor decision-making processes to ensure accurate technical and financial, and performance data is reflected in electronic files for all substation electrical equipment installed and operating in transmission and distribution substations. Manages the substation electrical equipment Work Management database to ensure that all equipment additions, moves or retirements are accurately reflected and accounted for in the electronic database.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of condition assessment program elements in the Work Management System, as well as generating rolling modeled financial and performance forecasts for all work based on actual work performed and known variables for the customer. Track the completion of condition assessment work authorized by the condition assessment maintenance orders and updates the maintenance scheduling data files to reflect that the authorized work has been completed and properly documented by Substation Operations and Maintenance organization.
- Develop and implement new process and procedures for the customer in the Work Management System. Responsible for preparing and conducting training to implement new procedures and practices within Work Management, as well as other linked systems. Responsible for preparation and maintaining training documents.
- Ad Hoc reporting - Serves as the contact and solution provider for required reports for internal and external requests, to supplement informational as well as regulatory reporting. Provides data and documentation meeting the requestor's requirements. Responsible for production of high level, and detail reports reflecting operational, financial, and performance indicators for the customer based on the Work Management System, Budget System and Accounting System utilizing various software tools available.
- Project Management & Execution - intimately understands the business and/or information challenges within the business unit. Develops and manages an approach for resolving the challenges. Communicates status and findings to the impacted customer in written and/or oral format. Utilizes project management and tracking tools to manage the overall work effort.
- Solution Integration - provides thought leadership in the areas of business processes and data to formulate integrated solutions for business information and process challenges. Performs necessary reconnaissance to develop data baselines and establishes feedback loops to measure impact of solutions and implement refinements as required. Conducts process and data modeling as well as predictive analysis on operational, financial and performance indicators.
- Customer Relationship Management - develops strong relationships with business unit personnel to understand the business challenges and forge a partnering relationship for problem solving. Serves as a key contact with the customer. Offers suggestions for improvement and/or further research into data findings or process issues, which may lead to positive impacts for the business.
- Coaching - provides direction and guidance to team members as needed. Provides formal and informal feedback regarding team member performance.

- 5 years related experience (vocational certificate in electrical construction or maintenance may substitute for some years of experience)
- Knowledge of and experience working with substation apparatus; demonstrated technical knowledge in the area of high voltage substation equipment; and demonstrated ability to maintain
- knowledge of current testing practices and devices
- Strong critical thinking skills with experience in data gathering and findings interpretation and presentation
- Sound understanding of core business processes, industry trends, technology developments with data analysis, and process and project management skills
- Solid internal and external network of business and technology professionals at the manager level
- Exceptional communication, time management and critical thinking abilities
- Travel and On-Call may be required
Preferred - Associate's degree in Information Technology
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance practices and scheduling of maintenance activities; prior direct experience in a Preventative Maintenance or Passport Data Management role
- Specific industry experience in field operations
