Our Energy Supply Technical Training department has an opening for an Electrical Technical Instructor in Denver, CO. The Ideal candidate will also have expertise in industrial Instrumentation and controls
The Instructor will provide training in technical and/or safety fields, including topics for energy delivery. Utilize the ADDIE process (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) to develop and maintain training materials per the Training Process Procedures (TPP). Design instruments and perform statistical analysis to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate effectiveness. Position may require extended periods of time at the customer site.
This position will provide Technical Training to apprentice and journeymen Power Plant operators and maintenance personnel. Experience with Ovation control systems and training others using a simulator is preferred. Familiarity with power plant system operations is strongly preferred. Previous experience in instructing employees in Power Plant operations, both in the classroom and in the field is desired. Responsibilities:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Safety, Education, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge (Examples include, but are not limited to, 5 Years Journeyman experience with an Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline OR 5 Years Journeyman experience with 2 years safety program experience or Advanced Safety Certificate through National Safety Council, etc.).
