Position Summary Works with Customer Care, Customer Operations and IT employees to positively impact the competitive process. Develops and analyzes Customer Care Reports required to manage Care Center operations and provide business intelligence and trending information. Assists in implementing system technologies in conjunction with business process initiatives that result in customer satisfaction (internal and external) as measured by department goals. Primary Responsibilities 1. Responsible for development of and updates to client-requested Customer Care Reports. 2. Responsible for development of and updates to internal reports to help manage Care Center operations. 3. Responsible for analysis of Customer Care reports including, but not limited to, trending information. Based on the analysis, recommend process improvements. 4. Develop a working knowledge of Customer Support systems, including Acquisition, Enrollment/Registration, Billing, Self-Service, Customer Information systems, and database tables. 5. Develop a working knowledge of PPLSolutions’ and Client Customer Care procedures and processes. 6. Assist in the analysis of billing issues/questions. Work with Customer Operations and IT when necessary. Occasional travel to Allentown will be required. 7. Assist in determining system changes needed in the Acquisition, Enrollment/Registration and Billing systems necessary to improve efficiency of Customer Care. 8. Provide assistance with the implementation of processes and system changes relative to new market driven opportunities. 9. Participate on process and system project teams. As a team member, develop test plans, coordinate testing and develop procedures for the Care Center to support the process and/or system changes. 10. Represent Customer Care at PPLSolutions’ Tracker Team meetings by clarifying and expressing the needs and priorities of the Care Center. Candidate Qualifications Candidates must meet the basic qualifications to receive consideration. Basic Qualifications 1. Two-year college degree in Business or equivalent. 2. One to three years customer service or related experience. Preferred Qualifications - Broad knowledge of customer service and billing business practices. - Working knowledge of databases, PC and mainframe applications, including the Microsoft Office suite of products.
