Station Performance Improvement Program subject matter expert; provide oversight, support, and perform duties for the Performance Improvement Program. Station Learning Programs subject matter expert; provide oversight, support, and perform duties for the Learning Programs. Station Human Performance subject matter expert; provide oversight, support, and perform duties for the Human Performance Program. Ensure consistent implementation of responsible program; perform program implementation gap analysis and compare program to industry best practices; implement solutions to close gaps. Lead peer group initiatives that translate station and program performance gaps to top quartile performance; communicate performance improvement focus areas and results. Support the Emergency Response Organization and station refueling outages. REQUIRED: Requires an engineering degree or related science. Requires a minimum of 10 years nuclear power experience with a minimum of 5 years in one or more of the areas of: performance improvement programs, learning programs, or human performance/or equivalent combination of experience. DESIRED: SRO / RO license or certification; or system engineering certification Root cause analysis qualification and/or lead auditor certification Previous experience implementing the Performance Improvement, Learning, and/or Human Performance programs SAP and FMS proficiency COMPETENCIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, make complex decisions, and implement solutions Knowledge and experience implementing INPO Performance Improvement Guidelines 05-005 Candidate must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity.
