Provide department oversight, support, and perform duties as the subject matter expert for all Performance Improvement programs. Primary Duties and Accountabilities: Department Performance Improvement Program subject matter expert; provide oversight, support, and perform duties for the Performance Improvement Program. Department Learning Programs subject matter expert; provide oversight, support, and perform duties for the Learning Programs. Department Human Performance subject matter expert; provide oversight, support, and perform duties for the Human Performance Program. Ensure consistent implementation of responsible program; perform program implementation gap analysis; implement solutions to close gaps. Lead initiatives that translate department and program performance gaps to top quartile performance; communicate performance improvement focus areas and results. Support the Emergency Response Organization and station refueling outages. Position Requirements: • BS degree in Engineering or related science or • 3-5 years experience in technical or technical management positions related to Nuclear power plant operation, maintenance, engineering, or technical services • Previous experience implementing the Performance Improvement, Learning and/or Human Performance programs • Meet requirements for unescorted plant access • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead learning program assessments • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and implement solutions Desired Qualifications: A Station Qualified Reviewer; Root cause analysis qualification and/or lead auditor certification; SAP, Microsoft Office, and FMS proficiency Position Scope: Program management, Program oversight, Assessment involvement; Communication; Change management Decisions / Recommendations: • Evaluate program implementation, identify performance gaps, and implement solutions to improve performance • Evaluate and disposition program improvement recommendations • Review industry operating experience and determine appropriate department actions Candidate must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity.
