Business Process Improvement Manager Job In EUROPE-Germany-Bremen-Bremerhaven

• Support the business on continuous improvement across all organisations and functions
• Define and implement a Lean Business strategy and capabilities
• Guide organisation to ensure that improvement programs are implemented
• Drive Best Practices across the organisation by leveraging the Quality Management System
• Liase with other AREVA businesses and Business Group Renewables
• Deputy of Director QHSE & Business Improvement

Qualifications:

• Master of Science or equal qualification in Engineering or a technical discipline
• Minimum 7 years professional experience in Quality Management, preferred in process improvement, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Change Management
• Profound experience in creating and leading a Continuos Improvement program
• Excellent interpersonal communication leadership and strong facilitation skills
• Change Agent
• Cross-functional and cross-cultural experience
• Self-starter
• Fluency in English
