Head Of Quality Management Plant Job In EUROPE-Germany-Bremen-Bremerhaven

• Accountable for ensuring Plants's full quality compliance with ISO 9001 and other Quality Management standards
• Ensure that assembled products fulfill customer requirements and internal specifications
• Represent Quality Management at the site
• Ensures Plant audit readiness and hosts Quality System audits, prepares and executes internal audits
• Manage directly the Plant Quality team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in Quality Management in a serial produktion environment
• At least 5 years leadership experience
• Proven knowledge of Quality Management System tools, ISO 9001 and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Self-starter
• Demonstrated effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on mentality
