Job Description
The purpose of the Head of Global Research & Innovation is to plan and execute the global technology, research and innovation roadmap for AREVA Wind. The responsibilities of Head of Global Research & Innovation includes Define and drive the GR&I Roadmap Setup up key technology development programs to ensure future competitiveness of AW Develop an Open Innovation Framework internally as well as externally Ensure alignment of the GR&I activities across all entities and countries within the AREVA Wind Implement Innovation Tools and Processes Manage R&D Partnerships Setup up GR&I KPI's and drive in the organization Driving Patent KPI together with the IPR department Engineer or M.Sc. 5-8 years of experience from a relevant industrial position Strong background within industrial research and innovation Innovation Management Creative processes Open innovation, Partnership networks and contracting IPR Strong English and preferably good german language skillsA strong leader with proven track record in this field of work Visionary technical leader A good change manager profile Structured and result oriented team player A good understanding of the commercial aspects of product-/service development Strong communication skills
