Manager Production Quality Job In EUROPE-Germany-Bremen-Bremerhaven

• Inspects and tests products at various stages in the production process
• Conduct investigations to determine causes of defects
• Review production methods for compliance to quality standards
• Release products according to customer requirements
• Supports auditing of customer
• Manage directly the Production Quality team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in Quality Management in a serial produktion environment
• First leadership experience
• Proven knowledge of Quality Management System tools, ISO 9001 and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Self-starter
• Demonstrated effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Good level of proficiency in MS Office
