Job Description
  • Lead existing team of 8 buyer and further develop team
  • Buy all Components for nacelles, hub and towers. Ensure on time delivery of all component. Develop adequat supply strategies
  • Daily Communication with suppliers and ensure that all required specifications are up to date
  • Establish risk-management system for supplier delivery risks
  • Develop business and SAP processes supporting order process
  • Establish effective communication towards production planning and strategic procurement
  • Install and run early warning systems for supply risk and define and drive countermeasures to solve logistical supply problems
  • Ensure compliance of P2P process in operational procurement from ready to order, requisition in SAP to ordering, delivery and release of payment, including clearing of the GR/IR account of France
  • Contribute to advance procurement and supply processes within strategy development of Strategic Procurement
  • Contribute and implement advanced planning, Engineering Change processes and similar with counterparts in central/ local planning, Engineering, Quality, France, Procurement and Production
  • Develop and operate central procurement master data. Ensure compliance of master data with foreign trade, compliance rules and procurement strategy.
  • Customers: Production, projects, supplier; planning, quality, engineering, strategic procurement
  • Contracts: Strategic Procurement, Central planning; Engineering, Finance, Controlling, Quality/ Production
  • Experience as operative buyer and related experience with SAP
  • Built and motivate a high performance team
  • Management Experience
  • Several years of experience in operational procurement
  • Experience in production planning with SAP
  • Good team player / Management experience
  • Bachelor or Master Degree (Master preferred)
  • Able to work well in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Highly analytical and process oriented thinking
  • Ability to imagine processes and define way how to get there
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Contract law
