Responsible for identifying new products and services that present profitable opportunities for Appliances Service to maintain and grow competitive services ensuring compliance with affiliate standards and fair competition regulation including regulatory financial reporting. Develops the product and service offering which includes the work management policies, terms and conditions, guidelines and pricing for the new offerings. Develops and executes the launch plan which includes preparing any regulatory filings and requests for proposals for outsources services. Also develops and implements industrial relations strategies for any changes to work management methods and strategies required. Work with Legal and Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Operations, Gas Delivery Field Operations and outside contractors and manufacturers to ensure a successful launch. Responsible for monitoring and auditing outside contractor or external business partnership processes to ensure the proper controls are in place in order for Appliance Service to obtain or exceed WorryFree revenue targets, manage customer satisfaction levels and ensuring compliance with affiliate standards and fair competition regulation. Basic Qualifications: 5 to 10 years management experience in work management and operations in a service business environment. BS/BA in management, engineering or equivalent work experience. Extensive knowledge of the appliance service processes and industry. Strong and proven systematic problem – solving and decision making ability. Proven process improvement methods and practices coupled with well-organized and systematic steps of tasks, timing, staff and resources to implement decisions. Broad general management and technical skills with experience in leadership, process management, contract management, business planning and budgeting, change management, marketing, appliance service, financial analysis and work planning competencies. Required Competencies: • BS/BA in management, Finance or equivalent work experience. • 5 to 10 years supervisory/management experience in work management and operations in a service business environment. • Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels. Proven Strategic Planning and Leadership skills. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Experience utilizing and implementing quality process improvement methodologies and strong financial acumen, i.e. preparing business cases and Performa income statements. • Must foster an inclusive work environment and respects all aspects of diversity. • Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices. • Must have a valid drivers’ license | |
