Job Description
General responsibilities include:
· Responsible for the administration of change and design control associated with the mill equipment and building structures.
· Must ensure that changes to a process, system, structure or component are managed effectively and adequately documented. The change control process ensures changes
operational needs as well as, safety, health, radiation protection, environmental protection and licensing requirements.
· CADD design for new process equipment installation and drawing updates for changes to existing systems. The CADD files for the JEB mill were historically managed exclusively by the
Saskatoon corporate office.
· Must work closely with the Senior CADD Designer in Saskatoon to ensure the drawings are maintained to a common standard.
· Responsible for project management, design, material selection and procurement associated with the change control pertaining to the mill.

Qualifications for the position include:
· Must possess a CADD background and a desire to conduct mechanical or instrumentation system design.
· Must be flexible to accommodate a broad scope of duties beyond that of a traditional CADD/detailer position.
· This is a field position; the successful candidate will be comfortable working in a plant environment.
· Although not a requirement, preference will be given to Engineering Technologists who have completed a program recognized by the Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologies
(CCTT).
· Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance would be beneficial.
· Strong computer skills, as well as, the ability to use MS Office software, are required.
Work Location & Schedule: McClean Lake 7 in / 7 out - 77 hours/week
