Job description :
Missions
As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will :
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain resource loaded schedules and budget using Primavera P6 for groups for complex projects
  • Maintain WBS structure
  • Maintain baseline files to coincide with current files
  • Accurately implement Schedule Changes, Project Change Notices and Baseline Change Proposals.
  • Gather information to status activities for EVMS.
  • Be able to perform critical path analysis
  • Be able to hold a project review update of the schedule
To control projects and transfer schedules, you will be in contact witth other area schedulers and personnel. You will have to communicate with project teams to make sure schedules are integrated with all departments.
You will be in charge of developing Baseline schedules for future projects:
  • WBS structure development
  • Detailed estimation of each activity to schedule them
You will be responsible of updatig current working schedules. This task could be as often as weekly.
You may be temporary assigned to job sites.
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.
  • 15 or more years of Project Controls, Cost Engineering or related experience in construction of large and complex process, nuclear, or industrial facilities.
  • Education requirement : bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent experience
  • You are considered to be a P6 expert with at least 10 years of working experience.
  • You have good knowledge of EVMS (10 years of experience minimum).
  • Thorough working knowledge of EVMS and MS Office software applications.
  • Thorough working knowledge of accounting and financial interfaces.
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Experience with PRISM software a plus.
