Job Description
Mission:
The Regional Sales Performance Professional is responsible to deliver to the Sales Management of the Region, BG/BU & AREVA Central Team an accurate and precise sales performance analysis. Based on the accurate and updated information provided by the Sales Performance Manager, the Sales Professional are able to take the proper decisions to develop the business in the region.
Your main tasks will be the following:
Analysis:
  • Perform weekly sales activity reports
  • Perform monthly sales performance reviews
  • Perform accurate order booking estimate
  • Participate to win / loss analyses on key opportunities
Participate on the coordination of processes:
  • Defining next year Order Intake objectives for the region
  • Building Commercial Action Plan for the region
  • Participate to the continuous improvement for the Sales Force in the region
Ensure good use of the futur CRM & futur Sales Performance Tools:
  • Deploy and monitor the good use of the CRM tool and sales performance tool by the sales force active in the region (data quality, analysis accuracy).

You achieved a Master's degree in Engineering or Business.

You have worked at least one year in sales or maketing activity.

You speak Russian and you are fluent in English.
