Job Description
Four to six month co-op position working in the PSEG Fossil,LLC Outage and Projects Group within Fossil Operations in the corporate headquarters in Newark, NJ. The successful candidate will be required to perform assignments related but not limited to supporting Fossil generation services and oversight in the areas of maintenance, operations, testing, work control management, NERC (North American Electric Reliability Council) compliance, and other areas as needed. Required: MUST BE AN ENGINEERING STUDENT PURSING A BS DEGREE IN ENGINEERING from an accredited institution. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Must have good written and oral communication skills and strong analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.~~
