Position Summary Under direct supervision, responsible for assisting in preparing business operations analysis including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization with a focus on improving the business's overall financial results. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Primary Responsibilities 1. Assists in the analysis, planning, conduct or preparation of plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives and other relevant results.

2. Begins to develop ongoing interface with various organization and regional groups in areas such as decision analysis, technical needs, planning and execution.

3. Develops an understanding of the organization's business operations and industry in order to conduct analysis of business operations metrics.

4. Develops competence in own area by performing structured and/or routine work.

5. Uses existing procedures to solve routine/standard problems. Applies limited judgment and discretion.

6. Assists in the development of internal and external communications of actual results and/or performance.

7. Assist in the development, maintenance, and utilization of planning models. Candidate Qualifications Candidates must meet the basic qualifications to receive consideration. Basic Qualifications Less than two years business operations analysis experience. Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor's Degree.
