The time schedule manager is in charge of building up the appropriate time schedule for the whole project performance for complying with the corresponding contract commitments. In relationship with its project correspondents, he organizes and implements a centralized management of the project time schedule follow-up and participates accordingly in the regular assessment of the Project progress status. The schedule covers the whole OL3 Project (consortium Areva/Siemens). He reports to the Project Director. He ensures the consistency of the different updated schedules and the interfaces management between disciplines - engineering/procurement/construction/commissisoning, and between systems. He develops and maintains the Main Time Schedule (level 1) for Project Management and Client high level reporting. He develops and maintains the Overall Time Schedule (level 2) for Contractual aspects, reporting and critical paths analysis. He updates, consolidates, validates and records the Project Baseline Schedule with all the parties. He implements the strategic vision of the Porject into the schedule and he manages a team of schedulers Main activities : Coordination of schedules updates Follow-up of Project indicators. Analysis of deviations Interfaces with the back-offices Management of site and back office scheduling team Representation of the scheduling function for the project to the Client. Main delivrables Contractual schedules (Schedules Level 1-2-3) included Critical and sub-critical schedules. Internal schedules (if any) Update of indicators (S curves,…) Periodic reports, related to scheduling, necessary internally for the hierarchy and externally for the client Contexte : AREVA supplies solutions for power generation with less carbon.
