Regional Project Controls Supervisor (SPS) Job In Amarillo Texas

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Xcel Energy team in Amarillo, Texas! The Regional Project Control Supervisor will work with a variety of organizations at Xcel Energy to efficiently utilize resources and ensure work is completed by the set timelines in order to directly impact the acheivement of major transmission and substation project goals.

The Regional Project Control Supervisor will be working in a position responsible for providing regional supervisory direction and support to the Transmission Project Controls organization to ensure a consistent approach that aligns with the overall Project Controls strategy. This position will also be responsible for managing an active portfolio of projects along with the supervisory duties. The Regional Supervisor will also be responsible for contributing to the strategic goals and visions of the Project Control Organization. This position interacts with the capital project teams on a daily basis, business area executive management and develops solid relationships with all levels throughout the company to obtain results. This position assists in the implementation and achievement of goals, KPIs and measurement of business initiatives within the Transmission business area.
